Security Code MR-7-C was a regulation in the Republic Army that allowed certain officers to acquire temporary authorization to monitor the armor-cams of various personnel. Under Code MR-7-C, Sergeant Elara Dorne was authorized to monitor the armor-cams of Havoc Squad during the unit's mission on Taris.
