The seven algorithmic études of Vardos were pieces of music indigenous to Vardos, a planet in the Core Worlds that was razed and devastated by the Galactic Empire as part of Operation: Cinder. By the closing stages of the Galactic Civil War, the seven algorithmic études were considered songs of a lost civilization.
