The Shahlik family were Sedrians who lived on the planet Kailor V and were responsible for the maintenance of the Imperial aquaria on the world. The sentientologist Obo Rin attempted to interview them for his entry on Sedrians in the Catalog of Intelligent Life in the Galaxy but they refused his request. Rin believed that they might not have been able to answer his questions or confirm information about their species as they had been removed from Sedri for several generations.
