Slow

Slow was a Ta-Ree spell capable of being wielded by Ascendants on the planet Kathol. The spell allowed the caster to reduce an individual's movement speed. For the target, the spell made them feel like the air around them had thickened, slowing their movement.

Ascendants who wished to cast the spell were required to know the detect life and psychokinesis spells.
