The SLV serum series was a series of drugs and aerosols developed to control or alter minds of enemy agents. SLV-16 sapped its victims' willpower and left them docile and obedient for an hour, while SLV-88 heightened aggressive instincts in addition to mind control. Project Cicerone experimented with the SLV series, Castellan restraints, and genetic loyalty programming.
