Swoopdueling
Canon Legends version → Linked from 3 articles
Swoopdueling was a sport practiced in the galaxy. Lekar Hablis was the nine-time champion of Devaronian swoopdueling, a variant of the sport. Between 68 BBY and 42 BBY, Jedi Master Dooku was present at the forty-eighth annual Dragonfire Air Rally on the planet Coruscant. When disturbed by Divad Masspur, Dooku used the presence of Hablis at the event to make Masspur go away. Dooku's Padawan, Qui-Gon Jinn, was surprised that his Master was interested in swoopdueling, but Dooku replied that he had only previously heard a Ugnaught asking Hablis an autograph.
