Target Tariff was a type of Shift Token that was used in the card game Kessel Sabacc. It allows player to choose another player, that is then taxed two chips.

In 3 ABY, the scoundrel Kay Vess won a Target Tariff token from the Hutt Cartel district's cardroom in Mos Eisley on the planet Tatooine. Kess also stole a another copy from the Pyke Syndicate district's vault in Mirogana on the moon Toshara.
