The Training Directorate was a part of the militarized government of Alanciar, a continent on the planet Kesh. The Alanciari who made up the Training Directorate taught crafts, such as glassblowing, to Alanciar's citizens. The Training Directorate's goal was thus to allow even civilians to contribute to preparing the Keshiri of Alanciar for possible invasion by the Lost Tribe of Sith, who inhabited the continent of Keshtah to the west.
