A traladon was an animal popular in Corellian food.

Several by-products of the Traladon were very popular. Traladon ribs with special sauce was often a favorite for barbecues, as well as traladon steak and traladon goulash. Traladon milk was popular for adding to vine-coffeine, and traladon cheese was a great appetizer. Traladon and tuber stew, on the other hand, was not a popular dish.

The phrase "don't look a gift traladon in the mouth" was used throughout the galaxy, meaning that one should not question or critically inspect something that is given to him or her as a gift.
