Twenty-nine Atoan gods

The Twenty-nine Atoan gods were deities worshipped by the Atoans, a Near-Human species from the Atoan system in the Ghost Nebula. The Atoan leader by 19 BBY, High Priestess Lady Saro, prayed to the Atoan gods for guidance and help, and demonstrated supernatural powers connected to her faith: she could read the minds of the people around her, and project illusions. Through a cannibalistic ritual she managed to learn Basic in a week: the ritual consisted in eating the tongue of a stormtrooper, who did not survive.
