An ufflor officer was a high-ranking member of an Ugnaught tribe elected by the members of the tribe to represent their people in the Parliament of Guilds on Cloud City. Ugnor was appointed Ufflor of Ufflors to speak as a single voice for the Irden, Botrut, and Isced tribes. Working with Baron Ecclessis Figg, Ugnor and the ufflors started the Ugnaught Mechanics Union.
