Under the Tan-Tan Sun

Under the Tan-Tan Sun was a romance serial written by Alkenine Gro'sha that had numerous installments and was nearing twenty years old by 33 ABY. Audra Quay read the series, and her daughter Ardent Quay took an interest in them when she discovered her mother's copies after Audra's death. The serial followed the fictional queen of the planet "Naroo", who at one point was in danger of being murdered by her droid lover. The penultimate installment ended on a cliffhanger with the Queen in danger, and Ambassador Naur-Ral had faked his own assassination. Ardent Quay sought out the final installment of the series from Baelor's, a shop on Coruscant, and unexpectedly became involved in a conflict with the First Order.
