Unidentified cerulean-robed being

A being wore a cerulean robe while visiting Taff's Autocafé on the space station Hauler's Keep in the Khepi system around 3 ABY. When they left the establishment, they left behind their jeweled horn impactor by a dispensing pipe at the autocafe. Soon after, a message for the being was broadcast over the station's speaker system notifying them of the forgotten item.
