A clone-soldier program was a rumored Separatist cloning project to rival Kamino that was allegedly researched in the secret labs on the planet of Saleucami during the Clone Wars. The Saleucami program was one of the secret projects that Republic Intelligence feared existed on the planet, among them superweapons and genetically engineered plagues. The project would involve cloning Nikto.
