An individual was a criminal living in the galaxy. At one time, over the gas giant Bespin, the criminal ruined the day for the people at a fancy resort club that was in operation over Bespin. After the events at the club, the criminal left in the last available speeder at the club.
Shortly after the criminal left in the speeder, a group of individuals flew in pursuit on some retired air rodeo thrantas located at the club.
