The "vault of Woe" was an expression. Between around 8 BBY and 2 BBY, the Ugnaught Sava Korin Pers exclaimed "what in the vault of Woe?" after the bounty hunter Khel Tanna shot at the smuggler Han Solo in Pers' office on the Hutt Space moon Nar Shaddaa.
