Vet droid

Legends

Legends. This article is part of Legends: the expanded-universe stories that Lucasfilm set apart from canon in 2014.

Vet droid was the name given to any medical droid designed for or specializing in treatment of animals. They were known to be active as of the time of the Galactic Empire, though it was apparently hard to find vet droids in small townships such as Anchorhead on the planet Tatooine.
