A warchief, or war chief, was the military leader of a small organization, usually a primitive village or city.
Kerritamba Village of the Kkowir Forest on Kashyyyk had a warchief. In 1 ABY, their warchief was a Wookiee named Naloriss. The Lost Aqualish also had their warchiefs.
Other individuals who held the title included the Trandoshan leader Raikhssa during the Clone Wars and the Rakatan Rehkta at the time of the Raid on Rakata Prime.
