Waterweave
Canon Linked from 1 article
Waterweave was a composite material made of Sembla-native alloys and minerals. It was both heavy and bulky when not submerged in water, but paradoxically increased in buoyancy while submerged, a property that dazzled scientists.
Waterweave deflected force applied to it, and its natural buoyancy allowed a wearer of the material to fight in aquatic environments without being dragged down by what would otherwise have been bulky and restricting clothing.
Warriors equipped with waterweave usually claimed to fight better underwater than on any other terrain.
