Abandoned construction site

An abandoned construction site was located in the planet Coruscant's Underworld, the lowest levels of Galactic City. Sometime between 22 BBY and 19 BBY, the Jedi Knight Iskat Akaris discovered the construction site during one of her nightly runs across Coruscant. Having been grounded by the Jedi Council after a mission to the planet Thule in 22 BBY, Akaris had begun conducting these excursions in secret in order to self-train, following advice given to her by her confidant, the droid tech Heezo.

Being far from homes and businesses made the construction site an excellent place for her to practice telekinesis without fear of harming anyone or otherwise keeping her power in check. Akaris was thus able to stretch the limits of her Force abilities, gaining strength and subtlety in the use of the Force in a more direct manner than her dead master would have wished. After she constructed a second lightsaber, Akaris also practiced her dual-wielding technique during sessions at the construction site.
