The Adrenal Research Base was a scientific research compound maintained by the Republic Military on the planet Quesh, studying how to reproduce venenit queshaaga, or Quesh venom. Around 3642 BBY, the Sith Empire attacked the facility, forcing the Jedi Knight known as the Hero of Tython to defend it with the help of the 86th Infantry and the Jedi Padawan Sajar.
