Atrium (Imperial Plaza)

A vast atrium with glass walls rose in the center of a large reflecting pool on Imperial Plaza, on the planet of Coruscant. The semi-spherical structure boasted a curved, elongated shell, with a smaller dome at its core that glowed at night. In 2 BBY, Senator Mon Mothma visited the deserted atrium to rehearse what would ultimately become her final address before the Imperial Senate. Shortly thereafter, she was forced to flee, prompting a swift and covert extraction.
