A cyberneticist worked at a cyborg science center in the Outer Rim Territories where he performed medical experiments and operations. It was here that he, with the assistance of Nubyl, created specialized armor for Durge and Jaing. The building was damaged when Mandalorians under the command of Ung Kusp raided it to steal a Sith artifact.
