Elshandruu City was located on Elshandruu Pica, a planet situated in the Outer Rim Territories. The city contained the resort hotel Margath's on Elshandruu Pica, which was robbed in 1 ABY by the intergalactic jewel thief Tombat. Two days later, the stolen jewels along with an additional quella stone were returned to the hotel's vault by the thief. The Colonial News Nets published a news article about the incident after the first theft and the NovaNetwork published an article after the return.
