The Five Holy Cities were cities founded by religious crusaders on the planet New Holgha, which was best known for them. The Yuuzhan Vong attacked the planet three months after they launched their galactic invasion. Although the Five Holy Cities were evacuated just before the attack, the alien invaders still scoured them for sustenance for their giant, organic warships.
