The forgotten vault was a Miyuki Trade League vault located on the north shore of Lake Amari in the Great Basin region on Akiva, a jungle planet located in the Outer Rim Territories. Sometime before 3 ABY, Jet Kordo left a message about how much they enjoyed a previous job on Nar Shaddaa.
During 3 ABY, Kay Vess located the vault using Jet Kordo's Holotracker and a hologram disc that she retrieved from a hutt enforcer in the Hunter's Canopy area of Akiva. While in the vault Vess recovered the audio message from Kordo as well as a pair of pants.
