Glid Station
Canon Legends version → Linked from 7 articles
Glid Station was a military outpost established by the Galactic Republic on the planet Orto Plutonia early in the Clone Wars, at the request of the government of the nearby moon Pantora. In 22 BBY a skirmish ensued when a Separatist outpost hidden nearby antagonized the native Talz, with the clone troopers of Glid Station being caught in the middle and dying. As a result, the Republic Military and Pantorans sent forces to investigate the loss of contact, and discovered the Talz presence.
