The Kur forests were located in the Kur Minor system of Wild Space. They featured thorn vines, an infamous poisonous plant. At some point by 2 ABY, the Human scout Casti Tholon made a trek through the Kur forests. In the process, she was severely cut by the thorn vines, acquiring numerous scars on her head, arms, and lower legs.
