Lake Marudi

Lake Marudi was a lake on the forest moon Endor. The body of water consisted of two large open portions connected by a strait on the northern edge of the lake. It was located 3.1 kilometers (2 miles) to the south-east of Bright Tree Village, home to a tribe of Endor's Ewok natives, and to the west of a shield generator bunker constructed by the Galactic Empire. In 4 ABY, an army of Ewoks from the village and a group of their Rebel Alliance allies crossed over Lake Marudi's strait using an Ewok-made rope bridge while trekking toward the bunker in order to rendezvous there with more Alliance forces and attack the Imperials.
