Max's Flangth House was a restaurant that was opened by the Ortolan Max Rebo on the planet Coruscant shortly after 4 ABY's Battle of Endor. The restaurant was extremely successful and went on to become a chain with franchises established on seven other planets. Rebo became very rich through the flanth-house's success, and he relocated to Coruscant to enjoy a retirement in lavish surroundings and a lot of food.
