Murkhana City was a capital city on the Separatist Alliance bastion planet Murkhana. Argente Tower was at one time its tallest building, but it was decimated in the Clone Wars. Following the Clone Wars, Murkhana City was occupied by the Galactic Empire. In 14 BBY, the Sith Lord Darth Vader and Moff Wilhuff Tarkin undertook an important mission in this city.
