Neb Trys Orphanage and Dance School

Neb Trys Orphanage and Dance School, or simply just the Neb Trys orphanage, was an orphanage for Twi'lek girls and a dance school on the Outer Rim planet Ryloth. The school was led by at least two directors and was active for a number of years.

Girls arrived at the orphanage when orphaned, or if the directors had paid their poor mothers a caretaking fee for them. The directors raised the girls and trained them in dance, before selling them into enslavement at the yearly action and recital held at the school's performance hall. Throughout the years, tens of millions of enslaved dancers passed through the Neb Trys orphange, and they were regarded by others as a signifier of social grace. The dancers performed for nobility and other powerful types within the galaxy, some even being able to influence planetary policy with gestures or timely words.
