The Outer Depths was one of the three main caves in the Ancient Prison Caverns on the planet Belsavis, and the Outer Depths linked the eastern end of the Maximum Security thoroughfare to the Power Center cavern. The Depths also contained a large number of Esh-kha stasis pods as well as Maximum Security Block J-9, and after the Sith Empire's attack on Belsavis the cavern became overrun with Esh-kha.
