Outpost Salara was a settlement on the planet Tatooine during the Cold War between the Galactic Republic and the reconstituted Sith Empire. It was located in a canyon connecting Jundland Wastes and Dune Sea. The Mayor Jundo Martik offered a job to a Republic-aligned individual to free the local mine from the Twin Suns pirates that had seized it.
