The Parade Grounds were an area on the planet Duinarbulon which were supposedly used by the Duinarbulon Star Lancers and other members of the empire of the Tionese despot Xim. Over twenty-five millennia after Xim's rule, the historian Bleys Harand claimed in his book Travels Amid Strange Stars that the grounds were clear fakes which had never been used by Xim's men.
