Rakith Plateau

The Rakith Plateau was a location which was dry in high summer that was known to the human Jedi apprentice Rey, who had grown up on the Inner Rim desert planet Jakku. In 35 ABY, as Rey applied drops of lubricant to the droid D-O—who had been recently been powered back up after spending a number of years powered down on a ship—and noticed that it had no effect on him, she mentally noted that D-O was drier than the Rakith Plateau.
