The Rebel Alliance established a small outpost on the planet Dantooine sometime after the Battle of Yavin, during the Galactic Civil War. The outpost was erected in a remote location on a ledge on the side of a mountain. It consisted of six small Dantari stone huts and four tents. A small landing pad was used by shuttles. In 1 ABY, Princess Leia Organa stayed at this outpost for a short time during the Project Dead Eye incident.
