Refuge seven was a part of the home of the Silver Knights settlement on the Aakaash system planet Wind. After the Silver Dawn rescued Sean from the Vermilion Birds' raid on Nan Heli's villa and arrived home, Mistress White, deputy leader of the Knights, coordinated efforts at the settlement to alight supplies. During the process, White ordered the Knights to use refuge seven's new water-purifying chip to handle the issue with drinking water for the refuge's residents.
