The Gungan Minister Rish Loo maintained a hidden secret laboratory on the planet Naboo sometime during the Clone Wars. Around 21 BBY, Count Dooku used this place as his base of operations to report to Darth Sidious and to lure Jedi Knight Anakin Skywalker so that he could be taken prisoner and be exchanged for General Grievous.
