The Sanitation Access was a technical area of Junker's Junction, within the asteroid station Mek-Sha. During the Third Galactic War, agents of the reconstituted Sith Empire killed Technician Frantz, a member of Junker Jott's crew, in the Sanitation Access and sabotaged the main line water pipe.
