Sublevel nine was a location within the Galactic Senate Building on Coruscant. It housed the building's sewage recycling facility and was featured in the orientational tours of newly-elected senators.
In 28 BBY, Senator Padmé Amidala lamented her lack of meaningful work in the Senate during her first weeks in office. She woefully stated to her handmaidens that she could direct individuals to the recycling facility on sublevel nine and very little else.
