Taung Heights was a region of the Galactic City on the planet Coruscant. The region shared its name with the Taung, an ancient sentient species from Coruscant.

It was home to much of the planet-city's 145 million Aqualish residents until the secession of Ando in 23 BBY, at which point much of them left for their home planet. This caused the local economy to crumble as much of the Heights' businesses were run by, or catered to, the Aqualish. Latika Garboren lived in the area, and Dherik Rule was served as a detective there.
