Tecave City tɛ'kɑve was the capital city of Cerea. Notable for its ornamented, architecturally distinctive buildings, Tecave City shared its name with the Tecave plant. The one deviation from the semi-tall buildings that characterized the city was the structure that housed the Council of Elders; a massive, metallic edifice seemingly overgrown with vegetation.
