Technical Institute for Agricultural Research

The Technical Institute for Agricultural Research was a school on the Outer Rim planet Lothal's Capital City. While the Technical Institute did not have as good a reputation as the Capital City's Junior Academy of Applied Sciences, it was known to have some excellent programs. After the teenage Zare Leonis defied his athletic director Janus Fhurek by refusing to dismiss the AppSci SaberCats' two alien members—the Aqualish Hench Sina and the Rodian Frid Kelio, Fhurek unilaterally transferred the two aliens to the Technical Institute due to his anti-alien bias.
