The Sail Barge Gardens, or Doe See'ybark Bootana in Huttese, was an exclusive restaurant in Mos Eisley. Some sections of the restaurant featured items and parts from Jabba the Hutt's Khetanna. The Gardens were known for their excellent but expensive food.
