The Wall was a huge wall surrounding the jungle on the planet of Dromund Kaas. Prior to 3643 BBY, it was used to keep out invaders during periods of civil war on the planet. The entrance to the Wall was also known as the Emperor's Gates. Nearly a hundred soldiers were assigned to the sector surrounding the wall, some posted on the wall itself, others watching the nearby rogue Sith Lord Grathan. These soldiers were under the command of Imperial Captain Sarnova.
