An island was located on the planet Tolis. After the native Tolemites' civilization was destroyed as a result of the Nameless creatures and the blight, the few survivors retreated to rebuild on the island. The Tolemite survivors constructed a city on the island that contained a repository of their knowledge. However, their new civilization was eventually destroyed in a flood that left much of the city beneath the water.
