Unidentified windfarm (Lost Steppe)

A windfarm in the Lost Steppe region of Toshara, a moon located in the Outer Rim Territories. During 3 ABY, a human named Nih lived there with her mother but wanted to leave to work in capital city Mirogana. Around the same, an individual named Diran planned to take Nih with them and a group of people to leave Toshara in order to escape the Galactic Empire. Three days before Diran planned to leave they wrote a message about their plans where they noted that they believed that Nih would need more convincing to leave Toshara. A datapad containing the message was left at the windfarm.

In 3 ABY, Nih and her mother were arguing leaving to work in Mirogana when the scoundrel Kay Vess was passing by and her mother requested Vess's opinion as an outsider.
