The University of Alderaan was a center of learning whose main campus was on the planet Alderaan. It was also known as Alderaan University, Aldera University, and the University of Aldera. Its approach to education was an emphasis on hands-on experience in a student's chosen field, which led to many satellite campuses off-world. The main campus was destroyed along with Alderaan in 0 BBY.
