Unpermitted windfishing skiff

The Unpermitted windfishing skiff was single building windfishing operation in the Grazing Fields region on the moon Toshara that during 3 ABY had not been licensed by the Galactic Empire.

During the same year, the scoundrel Kay Vess visited the skiff while it was being visited by a group of imperials that were treating the skiff owners with arrest. Vess helped get rid of the imperials and the skiff operators rewarded her with several Reed flutes. Vess also stole a copy of episode forty three of Glarnok & Yabassi from the skiff during the same year.
